Determination of the antibacterial trovafloxacin by differential-pulse adsorptive stripping voltammetry

Journal of Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Analysis, 2003
A differential-pulse adsorptive stripping voltammetric method for the determination of trace amounts of the antibacterial trovafloxacin (TRFLX) is proposed. The optimal experimental parameters for the drug assay were: accumulation potential=-0.30 V (vs.

Determination of paracetamol in tablets and blood plasma by differential pulse voltammetry

Journal of Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Analysis, 1988
Paracetamol, also known as acetaminophen (APAP) (N-acetyl-p-aminophenol), is a widely used non-narcotic analgesic and antipyretic agent. The determination of paracetamol is important for assessing stability for therapeutic monitoring and for possible toxicological effects.

Determination of gallium traces by differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry

Fresenius' Zeitschrift für analytische Chemie, 1988
The determination of gallium traces is carried out on the hanging drop mercury electrode in solutions of low ionic strength and in absence of complexing agents. At pH=3.2, where stable solutions are obtained, concentrations of 0.2 μg Ga l−1 are determinated with a standard deviation of 0.96% and a detection limit of 4 ng Ga l−1.

Determination of olsalazine sodium in pharmaceuticals by differential pulse voltammetry.

Die Pharmazie, 2001
The electrochemical oxidation of olsalazine sodium was investigated by cyclic, linear sweep, differential pulse and square wave voltammetry using glassy carbon disc electrode in different buffer systems. Best results were obtained for the determination of olsalazine using the differential pulse voltammetric technique in phosphate buffer at pH 7.0.

Stepped-potential voltammetries at stationary electrodes Part 1. Differential staircase, differential pulse and square-wave voltammetries

Journal of Electroanalytical Chemistry, 1995
Abstract Differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) and related techniques are examined. The proposed treatment is valid for any pulse method performed at stationary plane or spherical electrodes in the case of simple reversible reactions with both redox forms soluble in solution.

Deciphering the redox signature and reactivity of wines with differential pulse voltammetry

Bioelectrochemistry
Phenolic compounds, including polyphenols and tannins, contribute to the sensory characteristics of wines and help protect them against oxidation through their reductive properties. Linear or cyclic voltammetry methods were previously reported to monitor specific wine phenolic compounds and decipher on their antioxidant activity.
