On the Fiber Preserving Transformations for the Fifth-Order Ordinary Differential Equations

open access: yesJournal of Applied Mathematics, 2014
This paper is devoted to the study of the linearization problem of fifth-order ordinary differential equations by means of fiber preserving transformations. The necessary and sufficient conditions for linearization are obtained.

Liver organoids: modelling complexity in homeostasis and disease

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Studying liver in vitro has been challenging because simple 2D cell cultures fail to capture liver's cellular and architectural complexity. To bridge this gap, scientists increasingly use organoids, 3D liver models which better mimic liver composition and function. This review examines recent advances in liver organoid complexity and realism, discusses

Some applications of differential subordination on certain class of analytic functions defined by integral operator

open access: yesKuwait Journal of Science, 2014
Two-parameters function   involving the Feltt multiplier operator is introduced. Subordination properties as well as sufficient conditions for starlikeness are also obtained.

On Non-Point Invertible Transformations of Difference and Differential-Difference Equations

open access: yesSymmetry, Integrability and Geometry: Methods and Applications, 2010
Non-point invertible transformations are completely described for difference equations on the quad-graph and for their differential-difference analogues. As an illustration, these transformations are used to construct new examples of integrable equations

Epigenetic reprogramming of lineage switching in cancer

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Cancer cells rarely commit to a single identity. Epigenetic mechanisms and tumor microenvironment cues push epithelial cells toward flexible, hybrid states that can shift into mesenchymal, neuroendocrine, or stem‐like fates, driving metastasis, drug resistance, and tumor heterogeneity. Targeting the epigenetic regulators behind these transitions, using

Improved Conditions for Oscillation of Functional Nonlinear Differential Equations

open access: yes, 2020
The aim of this work is to study oscillatory properties of a class of fourth-order delay differential equations. New oscillation criteria are obtained by using generalized Riccati transformations.

On new scaling group of transformation for Prandtl-Eyring fluid model with both heat and mass transfer

open access: yesResults in Physics, 2018
A short communication is structured to offer a set of scaling group of transformation for Prandtl-Eyring fluid flow yields by stretching flat porous surface. The fluid flow regime is carried with both heat and mass transfer characteristics.

The microbiome in human skin aging

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Age‐related skin changes encompass the well‐known visible phenotypic alterations, together with microbiome dysbiosis and a series of molecular aging hallmarks. These hallmarks characterize not only a fully stablished aged phenotype but also the skin aging process itself.

Non-invertible transformations of differential-difference equations

open access: yes, 2016
We discuss aspects of the theory of non-invertible transformations of differential-difference equations and, in particular, the notion of Miura type transformation.

Autophagy and mitophagy in pancreatic β‐cell homeostasis and their involvement in diabetes pathophysiology

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
This review focuses on the role of autophagy and mitophagy in maintaining pancreatic β‐cell function and homeostasis. We discuss how genetic defects affecting these pathways contribute to the development of type 1, type 2, monogenic, and gestational diabetes. We further explore their potential as therapeutic targets. Created in BioRender.
