Hijacking emergency granulopoiesis: Neutrophil ontogeny and reprogramming in cancer
Neutrophils are highly plastic innate immune cells; their functions in cancer extend beyond the tumour microenvironment. This Review summarises current understanding of neutrophil maturation and heterogeneity and highlights tumour‐induced granulopoiesis as a systemic programme that expands immature, immunosuppressive neutrophils via tumour‐derived ...

Saigo Fractional q-Differentiation Operator Involving Generalized q-Mittag–Leffler Function
The purpose of this study is to obtain the images of the generalized q-analogue of Mittag–Leffler functions under the Saigo fractional q-differentiation operator, where its argument consists of a factor xζxq−μ+ξ−θ.

A bi‐directional fractional‐order derivative mask for image processing applications
Fractional computation has been recently designed as a major mathematical tool in image and signal processing fields. This study presents a novel operator established for two‐dimensional fractional differentiation.

Dormant cancer cells can hide in distant organs for years, evading treatment and the immune system. This review highlights how signals from the surrounding tissue and immune environment keep these cells inactive or trigger their reawakening. Understanding these mechanisms may help develop therapies to eliminate or control dormant cells and prevent ...

Parabolic equation with exponential nonlinearity as the condition of joint venture linear system
An attempt is made to construct a 2 + 1 - dimensional nonlinear model that is a condition for the compatibility of a system of two first - order linear differential equations. The resulting equation is related to the operator L, A to the pair and the Lax

A urine‐based digital PCR assay targeting two hotspot TERT promoter variants detected bladder cancer with high sensitivity and no false positives in this case–control cohort. The streamlined AbsoluteQ workflow outperformed Sanger sequencing and supports non‐invasive molecular testing for bladder cancer detection.

This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.

State Entropy and Differentiation Phenomenon
In the formalism of quantum theory, a state of a system is represented by a density operator. Mathematically, a density operator can be decomposed into a weighted sum of (projection) operators representing an ensemble of pure states (a state distribution)

Pair‐wise comparison of the CellSearch and FETCH enrichment technologies for circulating tumor cells (CTCs) from metastatic breast, prostate, and small cell lung cancer patients shows an increased capture of CTCs using FETCH enrichment. The clinical implementation of circulating tumor cells (CTCs) as a predictive tool for therapy efficacy in the ...
