Advanced Science, EarlyView.An injectable gelatin‐based tannic acid–iron hydrogel with mild photothermal therapy could not only induce immunogenic cell death, but also elicit ferroptosis of both tumor cells and tumor‐associated macrophages, resulting in DC maturation, T‐cell infiltration and down‐regulation of ferroptosis‐sensitive M2‐type TAMs levels.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.IL‐1β upregulates the protein level of WTAP, which promotes the m6A modification of ACSL4 mRNA in an IGF2BP2‐dependent manner, thereby enhancing its stability. The increased ACSL4 drives lipid peroxidation, leading to lysosomal membrane permeabilization (LMP) and impaired mitophagy, which collectively accelerate intervertebral disc degeneration (IVDD).

Advanced Science, EarlyView.A proof‐of‐concept multifunctional capsule robot integrates diagnostic imaging, magnetic navigation, wireless power transfer, and targeted thermotherapy for gastrointestinal applications.
