This paper deals with the implementation of a digital communication system using the software LabVIEW, wherein Weil sequences are used for encrypting the information signal and then BPSK (Binary phase shift keying) modulation technique is applied. A real time implementation is also developed using Universal Software Radio Peripheral (USRP 2930).

Subsampling of Digital Image Sequences using Motion Information
1993A digital image sequence consists of a set of pixels each describing the scene intensity at a specific location on a specific instance in time. In a natural scene these pixels are spatially and temporally correlated with each other. An image coding scheme utilizes these correlations in order to represent the image sequence more efficiently in this way ...

Velocital information feature for charting spatio-temporal changes in digital image sequences
Journal of Electronic Imaging, 1999This paper introduces a velocital information feature that is extracted for each frame of an image sequence. The feature is based on the optical flow in each frame. A mathematical formulation for the velocital information feature is derived. Charting the feature over a sequence provides a quality metric called velocital informa- tion content (VIC). The

Formation of cascaded Gordon–Mills–Welch sequences for digital information transmission systems
Radiotehnika i èlektronikaBased on the modification of the algorithm for determining the decimation index vector, which is the main component of the Gordon—Mills—Welch sequence (GMWS) synthesis method, an algorithm for determining the decimation index vector A(l, m, n, r1, r2) for the synthesis of cascaded GMWS (CGMWS) with a period N = 2S — 1 = 2lmn — 1 (l 2) in the GF[((2l)m)

Digital Sequence Information (DSI) data governance practices to support benefit-sharing and science
Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) are developing a multilateral mechanism including a global fund for benefit-sharing from the use of digital sequence information (DSI) on genetic resources. Key issues for the multilateral mechanism still need to be agreed upon, like DSI access and use, triggers for the mechanism, tensions ...Raposo, Débora S. +6 more
