The Creation of Space Vector Models of Buildings From RPAS Photogrammetry Data
The results of Remote Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS) photogrammetry are digital surface models and orthophotos. The main problem of the digital surface models obtained is that buildings are not perpendicular and the shape of roofs is deformed.

Accuracy Assessment of Different Digital Surface Models [PDF]
Digital elevation models (DEMs), which can occur in the form of digital surface models (DSMs) or digital terrain models (DTMs), are widely used as important geospatial information sources for various remote sensing applications, including the precise orthorectification of high-resolution satellite images, 3D spatial analyses, multi-criteria decision ...

Improving Intertidal Reef Mapping Using UAV Surface, Red Edge, and Near-Infrared Data
Coastal living reefs provide considerable services from tropical to temperate systems. Threatened by global ocean-climate and local anthropogenic changes, reefs require spatially explicit management at the submeter scale, where socioecological processes ...

MERGING DIGITAL SURFACE MODELS IMPLEMENTING BAYESIAN APPROACHES [PDF]
Abstract. In this research different DSMs from different sources have been merged. The merging is based on a probabilistic model using a Bayesian Approach. The implemented data have been sourced from very high resolution satellite imagery sensors (e.g. WorldView-1 and Pleiades).

INTEGRATION OF HETEROGENOUS DIGITAL SURFACE MODELS
Abstract. The application of extended digital surface models often reveals, that despite an acceptable global accuracy for a given dataset, the local accuracy of the model can vary in a wide range. For high resolution applications which cover the spatial extent of a whole country, this can be a major drawback.
