Esophageal strictures can cause dysphagia and malnutrition requiring enteral feeding. We report a 78‐year‐old woman with therapy‐refractory distal esophageal stenosis initially considered benign.

Cancer‐associated NPC remodeling creates a high‐flux, low‐stringency nuclear state that supports malignant adaptation but increases mechanical fragility. Targeting the FG‐barrier or NPC scaffold may drive mechanostat failure, envelope rupture, DNA damage, and loss of nuclear integrity.

3D microwear textures reveal how gastropod radular teeth respond to controlled abrasive contact. Distinct surface signatures distinguish regular abrasion from fracture‐dominated material removal, showing how mineralized coatings, fibrous cores, and substrate properties jointly shape wear and failure in a biological scraping interface.
