NET‐DNA Activates the ANXA2/TMEM215/BiP Axis to Promote Mitophagy‐Mediated Anoikis Resistance in Endometriosis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
NET‐DNA is enriched during early endometriotic lesion establishment and drives anoikis resistance by promoting an ANXA2–TMEM215–BiP axis. This pathway strengthens ER–mitochondria contacts, enhances PINK1/Parkin‐associated mitophagy, preserves mitochondrial homeostasis, and supports ectopic stromal cell survival, thereby facilitating lesion persistence ...

Empty Follicle Syndrome: The Possible Cause of Occurrence

open access: yesOman Medical Journal, 2015
Objectives: Empty follicle syndrome (EFS), although rare, is a disappointing condition in which no oocytes are retrieved from mature follicle after ovulation induction in in vitro fertilization (IVF) cycles.

External validation of anti-Müllerian hormone based prediction of live birth in assisted conception [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
<p>Background - Chronological age and oocyte yield are independent determinants of live birth in assisted conception. Anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) is strongly associated with oocyte yield after controlled ovarian stimulation.

Natural Resistance to Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome in Estrildid Finches Reveals Macrophage GPR183 as a Potential Therapeutic Target

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Ovarian macrophage depletion reverses OHSS resistance in estrildid finches and exacerbates OHSS symptoms in rats. Activating macrophage GPR183 alleviates OHSS by reducing pro‐inflammatory factors, increasing immunomodulatory molecules, remodeling CD44/SDC4‐mediated communication, and restoring immune homeostasis.

Genotypes and alleles frequencies distribution in diminished and normal ovarian reserve groups.

open access: yes, 2015

Balancing Stealth and Targetability: cCPP‐ and PEG‐Modified Liposomes for the Targeted Delivery of Anti‐HER2 Nanobodies

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study addresses the rapid renal clearance of anti‐HER2 nanobodies by developing specialized liposomal carriers. It details the formulation of dual modified liposomes, demonstrating how PEGylation preserves structural integrity and cell‐penetrating peptides enhance cellular interaction.

Ovarian reserve

open access: yes, 2005
The tendency to delay childbirth has increased the importance of ovarian reserve as a determinant of infertility treatment outcome. In the context of assisted reproduction technology, effective strategies to overcome the impact of ovarian aging and ...

Modified letrozole vs GnRH antagonist protocols in ovarian aging women for IVF: an open-label, multicenter, randomized controlled trial

open access: yesNature Communications
For women with diminished ovarian reserve or of advanced age, controlled ovarian stimulation presents a significant challenge during in vitro fertilization cycles.

Is there any relationship between cardiovascular risk markers and young women with diminished ovarian reserve?

open access: yes, 2014
Objective: It has been widely known that cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk is increased in menopause. The aim of the study was to evaluate whether this risk was elevated in young women with diminished ovarian reserve (DOR)

CCT2 Promotes Prostate Cancer Progression Through EIF3F‐Dependent Stabilization of FASN

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Prostate cancer (PCa) is increasingly recognized to be driven by dysregulated lipid metabolism. Although fatty acid synthase (FASN) is highly expressed in PCa, the mechanisms governing FASN protein stability and its functional integration into oncogenic lipid metabolism remain poorly defined.
