A double‐blind, randomized, placebo‐controlled trial of melatonin as an adjuvant agent for induction of labor: The MILO trial

Melatonin was tested in a randomized control trial against placebo as an adjuvant to oxytocin for induction of labor. It was not shown to reduce cesarean section rates and may be related to neonatal hypoglycemia.
