Novel Bidirectional ESD Circuit for GaN HEMT
In this paper, the ESD protection circuit for p-GaN gate HEMTs with bidirectional clamp is proposed and investigated. ESD clamp circuits consist of several forward diodes in serials and a reverse diode.

Transient Schr\"odinger-Poisson Simulations of a High-Frequency Resonant Tunneling Diode Oscillator
Transient simulations of a resonant tunneling diode oscillator are presented. The semiconductor model for the diode consists of a set of time-dependent Schr\"odinger equations coupled to the Poisson equation for the electric potential.

Elastomeric microfluidic diode and rectifier work with Newtonian fluids [PDF]
We report on two microfluidic elastomeric autoregulatory devices—a diode and a rectifier. They exhibit physically interesting and complex nonlinear behaviors (saturation, bias-dependent resistance, and rectification) with a Newtonian fluid.

Demonstration of an All‐Optical AND Gate Mediated by Photochromic Molecules
A logic AND gate that runs on photons is demonstrated. It relies on two spatially separated photochromic molecules that work in tandem. Abstract The realization of a photonic logic AND gate, i.e. a logic AND gate that runs on photons rather than electrons, and where all steps are controlled by light, is demonstrated. In a proof‐of‐principle experiment,
