The C11orf24 Gene as a Useful Biomarker for Predicting Severe Neutropenia in Modified FOLFIRINOX for Pancreatic Cancer

FOLFIRINOX improves the prognosis of patients with pancreatic cancer; however, despite UGT1A1 screening, adverse events, such as severe neutropenia, occur frequently.
