PEMBANGKITAN DATA ACAK TERSEBAR DIRECT SEQUENCE SPREAD SPECTRUM PADA LAJU DATA BERKECEPATAN RENDAH UNTUK APLIKASI TEKNOLOGI CODE DIVISION MULTIPLE ACCESS

open access: yesJurnal Ilmiah SINERGI, 2017
Salah satu kelebihan utama sistem komunikasi Spread Spectrum adalah kemampuannya mengirimkan data informasi disertai kode-kode unik sehingga hanya perangkat penerima tertentu saya yang mampu mendeteksinya. Sangat banyak metode pembangkitan kode unik pada

Performance analysis of direct-sequence spread-spectrum underwater acoustic communications based on at-sea data [PDF]

open access: yesMATEC Web of Conferences, 2019
Direct sequence spread spectrum (DSSS) signal uses phase coherent signals where the information symbols are multiplied with a code sequence, commonly known as chips. The signals are processed at the receiver using the code sequence as a matched filter to

Spectrally Shaped Generalized Multitone Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum

open access: yesIEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, 2005
We propose a new modulation scheme called spectrally shaped generalized multitone direct-sequence spread spectrum (S-MT-DS-SS), with adjustable parameters on each subcarrier. The parameters we adjust are each subcarrier signal's amplitude, data rate, chip rate, and the frequency separation between subcarriers.

Modulation of Homer1 EVH1 domain internal dynamics by putative autism‐associated mutations

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
The putative autism‐associated M65I and S97L variants of the EVH1 domain of the postsynaptic scaffold protein Homer1 do not exhibit substantial changes in their overall structure or partner binding. Both of them, but especially the M65I variant, show altered internal dynamics relative to the wild‐type domain on the μs‐ms timescale, indicated by the ...

A chaotic Direct-Sequence Spread-Spectrum system for underwater communication

open access: yesOceans '02 MTS/IEEE, 2005
The recent advances in acoustic modem technology have enabled the development of Underwater Acoustic Networks (UAN). Application interests include oceanographic information gathering, environmental monitoring or coastal defense. Due to its ability of simultaneously sharing the same frequency band for various users and the poor propagation conditions ...

Design and analysis strategies for robust microbiome ageing research

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
The gut microbiome changes with age and associates with age‐related morbidity and mortality, establishing it as a potential biomarker and intervention target for ageing. Realising this potential requires methodological rigour, yet distinguishing biological signals from methodological artefacts remains challenging across cohorts. This review provides an

ABL kinase‐dependent phosphorylation of SH proteins promotes their direct interaction with CRK family SH2 domains

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
CT10 regulator of kinase (CRK) and CRK‐Like (CRKL) are signaling adaptors driving cell adhesion, motility, differentiation, and proliferation. SH2‐domain containing (SH) proteins are enriched in YXXP motifs which when phosphorylated create preferred binding sites for CRK family SH2 domains.

An epithelial GPR35 isoform supports tumor‐associated transcriptional and metabolic phenotypes

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
GPR35 generates two functionally distinct isoforms with previously unresolved roles. GPR35‐short mediates immune‐cell chemotaxis, while GPR35‐long is enriched in colorectal cancer epithelium, where it supports increased metabolism, proliferation, and tumor‐associated transcriptional programs.

PN Sequence Period Estimation Method for Underwater Direct-Sequence Spread Spectrum Signals Under Low SNR

open access: yesJournal of Marine Science and Engineering
In non-cooperative DSSS signal reception, the accurate estimation of the pseudo-noise (PN) sequence period is essential for successful despreading and information recovery.
