Tissue‐Derived Extracellular Vesicles Define Diagnostic Biomarkers for Renal Cell Carcinoma
Tissue‐derived EVs reveal renal cell carcinoma subtype biomarkers (NDUFA4L2/VEGFA/APOC1). Validated in urinary EVs (AUC 0.92), these markers originate from cancer cells and tumour‐associated macrophages via scRNA‐seq, enabling non‐invasive diagnosis and mechanistic insights into RCC progression.

Evaluating Male Fetal External Genital Morphology
Although commonly evaluated, fetal ultrasound assessments of penile length, width, and anogenital distance (AGD) lack standardized measurement techniques. This systematic review aimed to evaluate variability in measurement methods and generate normative growth curves for externally virilized genital development.

In NMIBC surveillance, positive postoperative utLIFE‐UC results before initial follow‐up cystoscopy were significantly associated with increased relapse risk. Longitudinal analysis showed that positive utLIFE‐UC results at any time after TURBT correlated with worse recurrence‐free survival, while sustained negative results predicted recurrence‐free ...

Abstract Lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS), associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), are an aging‐related disease, with more than 210 million cases worldwide. Estrogen exposure and estrogen regulation have been implicated in a variety of disease processes, with estrogen receptor (ER)‐α pathways associated with disease progression and ERβ ...

Diagnostic Value of Micro‐Ultrasound in Identifying Local Recurrence After Radical Prostatectomy
ABSTRACT Purpose The limited resolution of standard transrectal ultrasound (TRUS) has made it difficult to perform biopsies of the prostate bed in cases of suspected local recurrence following radical prostatectomy. The aim of this study was to benchmark the performance of using high resolution micro‐ultrasound (microUS) in place of standard TRUS for ...

ABSTRACT Introduction Neoadjuvant intense androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) with androgen receptor signaling inhibitors (ARSIs) has shown pathologic complete responses (pCR) in prostate cancer (PCa), but long‐term survival outcomes remain unclear. This study evaluates the durability of response following neoadjuvant ADT plus enzalutamide before robot ...
