Solution‐based ligand‐assisted epitaxial growth (LAEG) yields high‐quality CsPbBr3 microcrystals on different substrates with superior morphology, passivated surfaces, and high photoluminescence quantum yield. These robust micro‐resonators achieve record‐low room‐temperature lasing thresholds of 7.2 kW·cm−2 and maintain operational stability up to 90 ...

Role of Structural Disorder on Phonon Transport and Thermal Conductivity in Li6PS5Br
Solid electrolytes are fast ion and slow heat conductors. Although both transport properties are governed by lattice dynamics and atomic structure, their interplay remains poorly understood. Here, we study this interrelation in anion‐ordered and disordered Li6PS5Br.

In micro-structuring processes a direct structuring of the substrate is, in most cases, not possible and therefore the profile is first obtained in photo resist and then, in a second step, transferred into the substrate.
