A new condition on positive membership, neutral membership, and negative membership functions give us the successful extension of picture fuzzy set and Pythagorean fuzzy set and called spherical fuzzy sets ( SFS ) .

Mechanisms of parasite‐mediated disruption of brain vessels
Parasites can affect the blood vessels of the brain, often causing serious neurological problems. This review explains how different parasites interact with and disrupt these vessels, what this means for brain health, and why these processes matter. Understanding these mechanisms may help us develop better ways to prevent or treat brain infections in ...

The newfound relationship between extrachromosomal DNAs and excised signal circles
Extrachromosomal DNAs (ecDNAs) contribute to the progression of many human cancers. In addition, circular DNA by‐products of V(D)J recombination, excised signal circles (ESCs), have roles in cancer progression but have largely been overlooked. In this Review, we explore the roles of ecDNAs and ESCs in cancer development, and highlight why these ...

Entropy, Measures of Distance and Similarity of Q-Neutrosophic Soft Sets and Some Applications
The idea of the Q-neutrosophic soft set emerges from the neutrosophic soft set by upgrading the membership functions to a two-dimensional entity which indicate uncertainty, indeterminacy and falsity.

One of the purposes of fuzzy set theory is to overcome the uncertainties in the problems of multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) via membership functions. But the fuzzy set theory has own limitations. To remove the limitations on membership functions of

Detecting independence of random vectors: generalized distance covariance and Gaussian covariance
Distance covariance is a quantity to measure the dependence of two random vectors. We show that the original concept introduced and developed by Sz\'{e}kely, Rizzo and Bakirov can be embedded into a more general framework based on symmetric L\'{e}vy ...

In situ molecular organization and heterogeneity of the Legionella Dot/Icm T4SS
We present a nearly complete in situ model of the Legionella Dot/Icm type IV secretion system, revealing its central secretion channel and identifying new components. Using cryo‐electron tomography with AI‐based modeling, our work highlights the structure, variability, and mechanism of this complex nanomachine, advancing understanding of bacterial ...

Recognition method based on hesitant fuzzy set for unequal length sequences and its application
Aiming at the problem that unequal length sequences were difficult to recognize, a recognition method based on hesitant fuzzy distance measure was proposed.Firstly, the problem was described from the perspective of fuzzy value, and the hesitant fuzzy ...

Geodesics in the space of measure-preserving maps and plans
We study Brenier's variational models for incompressible Euler equations. These models give rise to a relaxation of the Arnold distance in the space of measure-preserving maps and, more generally, measure-preserving plans.

Sequence determinants of RNA G‐quadruplex unfolding by Arg‐rich regions
We show that Arg‐rich peptides selectively unfold RNA G‐quadruplexes, but not RNA stem‐loops or DNA/RNA duplexes. This length‐dependent activity is inhibited by acidic residues and is conserved among SR and SR‐related proteins (SRSF1, SRSF3, SRSF9, U1‐70K, and U2AF1).
