Parallel Control of Distributed Parameter Systems

IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, 2018
In this paper, we study the control problems of distributed parameter systems, and discuss the limitations of traditional control methods. In recent years, social factors have gradually become an essential parameter of system modeling. For complex distributed parameter systems, the accurate modeling becomes difficult.

PARAMETER ESTIMATION AND CONTROL FOR DISTRIBUTED SYSTEMS

IFAC Proceedings Volumes, 1979
Abstract The parameter estimation and control problem for linear distributed systems is considered. Adopting a linearization technique based on a perturbation theory for semigroups, an identification method is proposed. This method is in turn embedded in an overall algorithm which sequentially updates the parameter estimates and system inputs to give

The structure of robust controllers for distributed parameter systems

2016 European Control Conference (ECC), 2016
Using a very general formulation of the Internal Model Principle for infinite-dimensional systems it is shown that a robust controller tracking/rejecting signals generated by an infinite-dimensional exosystem can be decomposed into a servocompensator and a stabilizing controller.

DESIGN OF DISTRIBUTED PARAMETER SYSTEMS OF CONTROL

IFAC Proceedings Volumes, 1994
Distributed parameter systems in engineering practice can be very often interpreted as lumped input and distributed output systems. Lumped input and distributed output systems theory results offer practically the same possibilities for distributed parameter systems control as lumped parameter systems control theory for lumped parameter systems. In this

CASCADE CONTROL OF A CLASS OF DISTRIBUTED PARAMETER SYSTEMS

IFAC Proceedings Volumes, 1983
Abstract Performances of feedback control for counter-flow heat exchangers using two sensors, one at the exit and one at an intermediate point are discussed from the point of view such as the integral of squared error, the location of the poles and the zeros, the frequency responses and the effect of the large flow rate change on the stability.

Simplified Optimum Control of Distributed Parameter Systems

IFAC Proceedings Volumes, 1977
Abstract The computation of optimal controls for distributed parameter systems requires either, the solution of a matrix Ricatti partial differential operator equation to yield a feedback solution or a direct numerical minimisation of a quadratic cost to give an open-loop control strategy.
