Fully Distributed Resilient State Estimation Based on Distributed Median Solver [PDF]
In this paper, we present a scheme of fully distributed resilient state estimation for linear dynamical systems under sensor attacks. The proposed state observer consists of a network of local observers, where each of them utilizes local measurements and information transmitted from the neighbors.

Choice of estimator for distribution system state estimation [PDF]
In this study, a statistical framework is introduced to assess the suitability of various state estimation (SE) methodologies for the purpose of distribution system state estimation (DSSE). The existing algorithms adopted in the transmission system SE are reconfigured for the distribution system. The performance of three SE algorithms has been examined

ABSTRACT Background Families of children with cancer experience significant financial strain, even with universal healthcare. Indirect costs, such as productivity losses and non‐medical expenses, are rarely included in economic evaluations, and little is known about how effectively financial aid programmes alleviate this burden. Childhood brain tumours

Distributed State Estimation for Microgrids
Abstract This paper proposes a novel distributed consensus filter based dynamic state estimation algorithm with its convergence analysis for modern power systems. The novelty of the scheme is that the algorithm is designed based on the mean squared error and semidefinite programming approaches.
