Network divergence analysis identifies adaptive gene modules and two orthogonal vulnerability axes in pancreatic cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Autonomic management in a distributed storage system

open access: yes, 2009
This thesis investigates the application of autonomic management to a distributed storage system. Effects on performance and resource consumption were measured in experiments, which were carried out in a local area test-bed.

Design, implementation and deployment of state machines using a generative approach

open access: yes, 2008
We describe an approach to designing and implementing a distributed system as a family of related finite state machines, generated from a single abstract model.

Pre‐analytical optimization of cell‐free DNA and extracellular vesicle‐derived DNA for mutation detection in liquid biopsies

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Pre‐analytical handling critically determines liquid biopsy performance. This study defines practical best‐practice conditions for cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and extracellular vesicle–derived DNA (evDNA), showing how processing time, storage conditions, tube type, and plasma input volume affect DNA integrity and mutation detection.

Research on Two-Stage Energy Storage Optimization Configurations of Rural Distributed Photovoltaic Clusters Considering the Local Consumption of New Energy

open access: yesEnergies
As photovoltaic technologies are being promoted throughout the country, the widespread installation of distributed photovoltaic systems in rural areas in rural regions compromises the safety and stability of the distribution network.

Interrogating the immune landscape of microsatellite stable RAS‐mutated colon cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
COLOSSUS project RAS‐mutated MSS colon cancer study explored transcriptomics and immune cell density by immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoscore (IS), ISIC/TuLIS scores, mutation counts, and detected different prevalences but similar microenvironment composition across immune markers with clinical relevance for future immunotherapy combination ...

Research on Grid-Forming Energy Storage Configuration for Distributed Photovoltaic Consumption and Reliability Improvement of Distribution Network [PDF]

open access: yesDianli jianshe
[Objective] High-penetration distributed photovoltaic(PV)grid integration leads to insufficient power absorption capacity in distribution networks. Meanwhile, the development of new distribution systems imposes higher reliability requirements.

Deciphering transcriptional plasticity in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma reveals alterations in sensory neuron innervation

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.
