On hypothesis on distribution of Prime numbers in Group
This paper proposes a hypothesis regarding the distribution of prime numbers. The hypothesis is based on an expression and it suggests a consistent average number of primes in each group as the range of N increases.

We analyze cisplatin–DNA adducts (CDAs) and double‐strand breaks (DSBs) in a cell‐cycle‐dependent manner. We find that CDAs form similarly across all cell cycle phases. DSBs arise only in S‐phase. CDAs might not directly impair DSB repair, but S‐phase DSB lesions evolve in the presence of CDAs and disrupt repair in G2, also causing radiosensitization ...

CIN85 is highly expressed in osteosarcoma, particularly in metastatic lesions. Its overexpression increases cell migration and Matrigel invasion, while silencing CIN85 suppresses these behaviors. Transcriptome analysis shows that CIN85 regulates MMP2, COL3A1, and Akt/mTOR signaling. Targeting these pathways reverses CIN85‐induced motility, highlighting

An Observation on Distribution of Prime Numbers
In this research first, a sequence of properties called delta is assigned to each prime number and then examined. Deltas are only dependent on the distribution of prime numbers, so the results obtained for the delta distribution can be considered as a proxy for the distribution of prime numbers.

Intratumour heterogeneity complicates precision management of advanced endometrial cancer. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a minimally invasive strategy to capture tumor evolution and therapeutic resistance. Here, we compare tumor‐agnostic NGS with tumor‐informed ddPCR, outlining their relative sensitivity, concordance, and clinical implications ...

Universal characteristics of fractal fluctuations in prime number distribution [PDF]
The frequency of occurrence of prime numbers at unit number spacing intervals exhibits self-similar fractal fluctuations concomitant with inverse power law form for power spectrum generic to dynamical systems in nature such as fluid flows, stock market ...

Interpreting the effects of DNA polymerase variants at the structural level
Using MAVISp and molecular dynamics simulations, we analyzed over 60 000 missense variants in POLE and POLD1 from ClinVar, COSMIC, cBioPortal, and saturation mutagenesis. Identified mechanistic indicators, including stability, binding, and long‐range, enable structural interpretation, providing ACMG‐like evidence for possible reclassification of VUS ...

The Distribution of Prime Numbers and Volterra's Integral Equation of Second Kind [Ⅱ]
application/pdfIn this second paper, with some refinement we obtain relations between the distribution of prime numbers and Mertens' asymtotic formula on the sum of reciprocals of prime numbers:Σ_(p≤x)(1/p),using Voterra's integral equation of second ...
