Mechanistic Insights and Therapeutic Potentials of Ubiquitin‐Proteasome System in Non‐Small Cell Lung Cancer

open access: yesCell Proliferation, EarlyView.
Lung cancer development involves mechanisms like reduced EGFR/EGF ubiquitination driving cancer cell behaviors and immune evasion via loss of PD‐1/PD‐L1 ubiquitination. Balancing ubiquitination and deubiquitination may be a potential therapeutic strategy. ABSTRACT Non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) remains a leading cause of cancer mortality.

Therapeutic Strategies for Relapsed or Refractory B‐Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in Adult Patients: Optimizing the Use of Monoclonal Antibodies

open access: yesEuropean Journal of Haematology, Volume 114, Issue 6, Page 938-952, June 2025.
ABSTRACT The treatment landscape for relapsed or refractory acute lymphoblastic leukemia (RR ALL) has evolved significantly with the introduction of monoclonal antibodies such as blinatumomab and inotuzumab ozogamicin. These agents have demonstrated remarkable efficacy, achieving high response rates and minimal residual disease (MRD) negativity ...

Dual complex of log Fano pairs and its application to Witt vector cohomology

open access: yes, 2019
We prove the contractibility of the dual complexes of weak log Fano pairs. As applications, we obtain a vanishing theorem of Witt vector cohomology of Ambro-Fujino type and a rational point formula in dimension three.Comment: 25 ...

Sensitization of Non‐M3 Acute Myeloid Leukemia Blasts to All‐Trans Retinoic Acid by the LSD1 Inhibitor Tranylcypromine: TRANSATRA Phase I Study

open access: yesEuropean Journal of Haematology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT The treatment of elderly, nonfit acute myeloid leukemia (AML)/MDS patients with relapsed/refractory (R/R) disease remains challenging. As histone demethylase LSD1 (KDM1A) is a rational therapeutic target in AML, we conducted a phase I trial (“rolling‐six design”) with the LSD1 inhibitor tranylcypromine (TCP, dose levels [DL] 20, 40, 60, 80 mg ...

Motor pathway evaluation by transcranial magnetic stimulation in Swedish horses with acquired equine polyneuropathy

open access: yesEquine Veterinary Journal, EarlyView.
Abstract Background Acquired equine polyneuropathy in Nordic horses (AEP) is the most prevalent equine polyneuropathy in Norway, Sweden, and Finland and is characterised by pelvic limb knuckling due to metatarsophalangeal extension dysfunction.

Are Non‐Audit Services Economically Beneficial to Audit Clients?

open access: yesInternational Journal of Auditing, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT We study the association between non‐audit services (NAS) and the potential economic benefit to audit clients of higher investment efficiency. Little prior research has examined whether NAS produces measurable benefits or simply additional costs for clients procuring them.

Genetic Insights: Balancing Milk Yield, Fat: Protein Ratio and Fertility in Primiparous Cows From Subtropical Regions

open access: yesJournal of Animal Breeding and Genetics, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT In this study, we aimed to evaluate the genetic association between fertility traits, milk yield and the fat: protein ratio (FPR) on the test day in primiparous Holstein cows. The analysed traits were milk yield (TDMY) and FPR assessed on the test day, as well as the following fertility traits: period from calving to first service (CFS), days ...

Prevalence and Interplay of Hypervigilance and Kinesiophobia in TMD Patients: Implications in Clinical Outcomes

open access: yesJournal of Oral Rehabilitation, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Behavioural cognitive factors, like kinesiophobia and coping skills like hypervigilance, may contribute to a worse prognosis of TMD symptoms. However, there is a lack of evidence about the prevalence and relationship of hypervigilance and kinesiophobia with TMD. Objective This study aimed to assess the prevalence and associations of

Application of the DLT method to anthropometry.

open access: yesJournal of the Anthropological Society of Nippon, 1991
The direct linear transformation (DLT) method was applied as a tool in the field of anthropometry. Using four video cameras which are arranged surrounding the subjects, we attempted to detect the reference points in the trunk of body and produce three dimensional coordinates of the points by the DLT method.
