An anomalous feature on the DLTS spectrum of silicon
Abstract The behaviour of a very curious feature arising on the DLTS spectrum of LN 2 electron-irradiated pulled silicon is studied. It is shown that this behaviour is not consistent with a normal DLTS peak caused by the trapping and emission of carriers from a deep level.

Summary The functional difference of natural variations in conserved BR signalling genes and the genetic basis of rice indica–japonica differentiation are important yet unknown. Here, we discovered natural variations of the four key components (OsBRI1, OsBAK1, OsGSK3 and OsBZR1) in BR signalling pathway by GWAS using an indicator of indica–japonica ...

Summary Improving plant architecture and increasing yields are the main goals of rice breeders. However, yield is a complex trait influenced by many yield‐related traits. Identifying and characterizing important genes in the coordinated network regulating complex rice traits and their interactions is conducive to cultivating high‐yielding rice ...

Summary Brassinosteroids (BRs) are a crucial class of plant hormones and regulate many important agronomic traits in crops. In Arabidopsis (Arabidopsis thaliana), BIR3 interacts with the BR receptor BRI1 and coreceptor BAK1 to negatively regulate BR signalling. In contrast, OsBIR3 interacts with OsBRI1 and OsBAK1 to positively regulate BR signalling in

Under drought stress, temperate forest understorey forbs prioritize biomass and leaf area retention, while graminoids enhance water‐use efficiency and photoprotection for survival. Abstract Drought stress can profoundly affect plant growth and physiological vitality, yet there is a notable scarcity of controlled drought experiments focused on ...

Abstract Female soccer players have been identified as presenting with low energy availability (LEA), though the prevalence of LEA may be overestimated given inaccuracies associated with self‐reporting dietary intakes. Accordingly, we aimed to quantify total daily energy expenditure (TDEE) via the doubly labelled water (DLW) method, energy intake (EI ...

TP53‐Mutated Acute Myeloid Leukemia: Unanswered Questions
ABSTRACT TP53‐mutated acute myeloid leukemia (AML) remains one of the most treatment‐resistant hematologic malignancies, with poor overall survival despite advancements in therapeutic strategies. The loss of functional p53 compromises DNA repair, apoptosis, and genomic stability, rendering both conventional and novel therapies largely ineffective. This

ABSTRACT Introduction Developing targeted therapies with manageable toxicities remains a high priority for pediatric cancer. We sought to determine the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) and evaluate the antitumor activity of lenvatinib+everolimus in children/young adults with select recurrent/refractory solid tumors.

ABSTRACT Background Venetoclax is a potent, oral BCL‐2 inhibitor approved as combination therapy for the treatment of adults with newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) who are ineligible for intensive chemotherapy. This study evaluated the safety and preliminary efficacy of venetoclax alone or combined with chemotherapy in paediatric and ...
