Viscoelastic Properties Identification Through Innovative Image-Based DMTA Strategy [PDF]
The identification of the high strain-rate properties of materials is an important topic for many engineering applications such as crash worthiness, blast loading, industrial forming, among others. It is also a very challenging experimental task mainly because of the difficulty in measuring impact loads accurately in regimes where inertia effects are ...

Ionic epoxy networks are prepared using ammonium salts as hardeners, leading to a two‐stage curing process with a thermoplastic‐like intermediate. This uncommon behavior enables extrusion and fabrication of thermoplastic prepregs that can be cured into thermoset composites.

Interactions in Nanosilica‐Polyurethane Composites Evidenced by Plate‐Plate Rheology and DMTA
AbstractFumed nanosilicas with different degree of silanization were used to obtain nanosilica‐polyurethane (TPU) composites to modify their rheological and mechanical properties. The higher the silanol content of the nanosilica, the higher the storage modulus and the thermal stability of the silica‐TPU composite.

Research of Wood-Polymer Compositions of DMTA Methods
The article presents the results of polymer-wood composites, as well as the excretion of tritium woods and leaves. The base of the composite was made of thermoplastic polypropylene. Three composites prepared by the volume of filling content (25, 50 and 70%) and the various fractions of the used slags were prepared for research.

Least-Squares evaluation of DMT dissipation test data – some preliminary results [PDF]
The Flex method does not work if the DMTA total stress dissipation curve is non-monotonic or has no inflexion point. To overcome the problems, various versions of a mathematically precise DMTA total stress dissipation test evaluation method are suggested

Abstract Differences in skull and tooth morphology, stomach contents, and estimated bite force between medium‐to‐large sized (≥100 kg) predatory theropod dinosaurs have long been suspected to correlate with differences in their diets and dietary guilds (e.g., hypercarnivory, piscivory).

Augmenting DMTA using predictive AI modelling at AstraZeneca
Design-Make-Test-Analyse (DMTA) is the discovery cycle through which molecules are designed, synthesised, and assayed to produce data that in turn are analysed to inform the next iteration. The process is repeated until viable drug candidates are identified, often requiring many cycles before reaching a sweet spot. The advent of artificial intelligence
