This study characterizes a camelid antibody (B10) with potent neutralizing activity against SARS‐CoV‐2 Wildtype and Omicron variants. Through binding assays, epitope mapping, pseudovirus neutralization, and AI‐driven modeling, the antibody is shown to target conserved RBD regions in a closed Spike conformation.

Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) is responsible for the spread of tuberculosis (TB). The current study employed virtual screening of 2569 natural compounds against the DNA-directed RNA polymerase (RNAP) of Mtb to identify the possible binders that can inhibit its function.

Elevated spliced form of X‐box–binding protein 1 (XBP1) correlates with unfavorable responses to endocrine therapy plus CDK4/6 inhibitors in HR+/HER2− advanced breast cancer. XBP1s facilitates cell proliferation and G1/S transition by transcriptionally activating SND1, thereby activating the E2F1 pathway.

Transcriptome‐Wide Association Uncovers LncRNAs Controlling Seed Weight in Soybean
This study employs transcriptome‐wide association studies (TWAS) to identify 201 long non‐coding RNAs (lncRNAs) associated with seed weight. Expression quantitative trait locus (eQTL) analysis reveals dynamic and static regulatory variants controlling lncRNA expression across development.
