CRISPR Enabled Precision Oncology: From Gene Editing to Tumor Microenvironment Remodeling

open access: yesMed Research, EarlyView.
CRISPR technology has progressed from a prokaryotic immune system to a diverse suite of editing platforms, including Cas nucleases, base and prime editors, and RNA‐targeting enzymes. These advances enable precise genomic and epigenomic interventions, high‐throughput functional screening, and immune engineering.

Unveiling Cell‐Type‐Specific Immune Reactions in Human Blood Following Varied Fruit and Vegetable Blends Interventions

open access: yesMolecular Nutrition &Food Research, EarlyView.
Paired peripheral‐blood RNA‐seq from MiBLEND was deconvolved with CIBERSORTx to profile leukocyte composition and cell‐type‐specific transcriptomic responses to seven fruit‐and‐vegetable blends. Deconvolution yielded 22 leukocyte subtypes that correlated with laboratory WBC reports (R = 0.886, p ≤ 0.01).
