Kinetoplast DNA (kDNA) of trypanosomatid parasites is a network of approximately 5000 catenated DNA minicircles and approximately 25 maxicircles. We developed the following strategy to deduce the topological linkage of the minicircles of the Crithidia fasciculata network.
