Brain and Behavior, Volume 16, Issue 4, April 2026.A 15‐year‐old with 9 years of treatment‐resistant psychosis achieved rapid remission following resection of a CA19‐9‐producing ovarian teratoma containing neural tissue, highlighting the importance of considering isolated autoimmune psychosis even in seronegative cases and the potential utility of CA19‐9 as a screening biomarker.
