American Journal of Hematology, EarlyView.ABSTRACT CD19‐directed chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T‐cell therapy has transformed outcomes for patients with relapsed or refractory (r/r) mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), yet more than 40% relapse within one year.
