Small Methods, EarlyView.Harnessing synthetic key receptor modulators, this study presents a breakthrough in Wnt/β‐catenin regulation. The FZD agonist RRP‐pbFn bypasses LRP5/6 to drive organoid expansion and tissue regeneration, while the LRP antagonist RRP‐Dkk1c eradicates tumors. These tools enable precise pathway control, advancing regenerative and cancer therapies.
