Tumor Microenvironment‐Responsive Nanomedicines for Potentiating Cancer Immunotherapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Strategies for TME‐responsive Nanomaterials to Potentiate Cancer Immunotherapy. Abstract Immunotherapy has emerged as a transformative paradigm in oncology, yet its clinical efficacy remains constrained by the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment and inadequate spatiotemporal control of existing modalities, resulting in suboptimal patient response ...

Electrosensitive Heterogeneous Short Fibers via Acousto‐Electric Coupling for Sequential Bone Regeneration in Infectious Defects

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Electrosensitive heterogeneous short fibers can accurately respond to ultrasonic field regulation through the synergistic interaction of piezoelectric and conductive dual elements. At an ultrasound intensity of 1.5 W cm−2, it can effectively activate bacterial peroxisome and necrotic apoptotic pathway and promote bacterial apoptosis.

Reinstating Niche Failure in Diabetic Cranial Defects via Chronotaxic Signal‐Amplifying Fluidic Biomimetic Hydrogel

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An in situ moldable GelSSO/PDA@SDF hydrogel functions as a chronotaxic signal‐amplifying biomimetic niche to restore regenerative failure in diabetic cranial defects. By sequentially releasing SDF‐1α‐loaded PDA nanoparticles and osteoinductive oligodeoxynucleotides, it orchestrates immunomodulation, progenitor recruitment, angiogenesis, and ...
