Musculosidade e rendimento da perna de cordeiros F1 provenientes do cruzamento Dorper X Morada Nova, Dorper X Rabo Largo, Dorper X Santa Inês em diferentes idades ao abate [PDF]

O estudo objetivou determinar o índice de musculosidade e rendimento da perna de cordeiros F1 provenientes do cruzamento de raças nativas com exótica, em diferentes idades ao abate. Utilizou-se 60 cordeiros: 20 D x MN (Dorper x Morada Nova), 20 D x RL (Dorper x Rabo Largo) e 20 D x SI (Dorper x Santa Inês), aos 84, 126, 168, 220, 272 dias de idade.
