Implicit and Explicit Memory Factors in Cumulative Structural Priming
Although researchers have argued that short-term structural priming is driven by both implicit and explicit memory processes, accounts of longer-term structural priming tend to focus on implicit memory processes. We explore this claim in five experiments.

Study on Safety Benchmark Value of Monitoring and Early Warning for Large Section Highway Tunnels [PDF]
Taking several tunnels under construction of a highway as the research object, the ultimate displacement of four buried depth sections of 0-50, 50-100, 100-300, 300-500 m in the surrounding rock of grade III, IV and V is numerically simulated by three ...

The acquisition of the English dative alternation by Russian foreign language learners [PDF]
Ditransitive verbs include a “recipient” and a “theme” argument (in addition to the subject). The choice of putting one argument before the other (i.e., either recipient-theme, or theme-recipient) is associated with multiple discourse-pragmatic factors ...

Lacan's construction and deconstruction of the double mirror device [PDF]
In the 1950s Jacques Lacan developed a set-up with a concave mirror and a plane mirror, based on which he described the nature of human identification. He also formulated ideas on how psychoanalysis, qua clinical practice, responds to identification.

This study reveals a unique active site enriched in methionine residues and demonstrates that these residues play a critical role by stabilizing carbocation intermediates through novel sulfur–cation interactions. Structure‐guided mutagenesis further revealed variants with significantly altered product profiles, enhancing pseudopterosin formation. These

Biomolecular condensates formed by fused in sarcoma (FUS) are dissolved by high ATP concentrations yet persist in cells. Using a reconstituted system, we demonstrate that valosin‐containing protein (VCP), an AAA+ ATPase, counteracts ATP‐driven dissolution of FUS condensates through its D2 ATPase activity.

The ubiquitin ligase RNF115 is required for the clearance of damaged lysosomes
Upon lysosomal rupture, an E3 ubiquitin ligase RNF115 translocates from the cytosol to the damaged lysosomal membrane. Moreover, RNF115 depletion impairs the clearance of damaged lysosomes, identifying it as a key regulator of lysosomal quality control.

Limites ingenii definire: Bourdieu's epistemological question and its significance for archaeology [PDF]
The paper presents and discusses Bourdieu's perspective on the relationship between observer and observed. The term 'symbolic violence' will also be discussed, as it is an inevitable element of this relationship. The discussion starts from the assumption
