Defect processes in orthorhombic LnBaCo2O5.5 double perovskites
Physical Chemistry Chemical Physics, 2011Static atomistic simulations based on the Born model were used to investigate intrinsic defect processes in orthorhombic LnBaCo(2)O(5.5) (Ln = Y, La, Pr, Nd, Sm, Gd, Dy, Ho, Er, and Yb) double perovskites. It was found that Ln/Ba antisite disorder is the lowest energy defect reaction, with the large Ln cations giving rise to smaller antisite energies ...

Iron Valence in Double Perovskites
2002The valence state of iron in the compounds Ca2FeMoO6, Sr2FeMoO6 Ba2FeMoO6, Ca2FeReO6, Sr2FeReO6, Sr2FeMo1−xW x O6 (x=0.2 and 0.4), and (Sr2−xLax)FeMoO6 (x=0.5 and 0.7), which have been prepared using ceramic and combustion techniques, has been studied using 37Fe Mossbauer spectroscopy.

Vacancy-Ordered Double Perovskites
2020The related vacancy-ordered double perovskites can be produced by replacing one B-site cation with a vacancy, resulting in a material with the \(\text {A}_2\text {BX}_6\) formula (or \(\text {A}_2\text {B}\square {}\text {X}_6\), where \(\square \) is a vacancy).

Double Perovskite Interlayer Stabilized Highly Efficient Perovskite Solar Cells
ACS Applied Materials & InterfacesMetal halide perovskite solar cell (PSC) technology has an impressive power conversion efficiency (PCE) exceeding 26.1% and demonstrates cost-effective manufacturing. However, the stability of these PSCs poses a significant challenge, hindering their widespread manufacturing and commercialization.
