Advancing Untargeted Metabolomics Through FT‐ICR‐MS: Challenges and Applications
ABSTRACT Metabolomics is the study of the complete set of small molecules involved in the biochemical processes within a biological system. It links directly to metabolism, capturing the biochemical pathways and processes in a state‐specific manner and aiming to understand the dynamic interactions within these metabolites, including how they reflect ...

Gankyrin‐Protein Interactions in GI Cancers: A Novel Target of New Therapeutics
ABSTRACT Gankyrin (PSMD10) is a 25 kDa oncogenic protein and regulatory subunit of the 26S proteasome, characterized by a sevenfold ankyrin repeat domain. Gankyrin is overexpressed in various malignancies, particularly gastrointestinal (GI) cancers. Gankyrin contributes to tumorigenesis by modulating key signaling pathways and engaging in oncogenic ...

Gastric precancerous lesions undergo dynamic epigenetic alterations—including DNA methylation, 5‐hydroxymethylcytosine, non‐coding RNAs, and RNA editing—throughout the Correa's cascade. The integration of these multi‐omics epigenetic signatures facilitates non‐invasive risk stratification, which guides personalised surveillance strategy and targeted ...
