The newfound relationship between extrachromosomal DNAs and excised signal circles
Extrachromosomal DNAs (ecDNAs) contribute to the progression of many human cancers. In addition, circular DNA by‐products of V(D)J recombination, excised signal circles (ESCs), have roles in cancer progression but have largely been overlooked. In this Review, we explore the roles of ecDNAs and ESCs in cancer development, and highlight why these ...

Universal Quantum Computing with Spin and Valley
We investigate a two-electron double quantum dot with both spin and valley degrees of freedom as they occur in graphene, carbon nanotubes, or silicon, and regard the 16-dimensional space with one electron per dot as a four-qubit logic space.

Orlicz-Quasi-Cauchy double sequence spaces for RH-regular matrix
In this research paper we pioneer, a new double sequence space called Orlicz-QuasiCauchy double sequence space, (M,A,Δ)OQC . We investigate continuity type properties of Orlicz double function defined on a double subset A×A of R2 into R and study some ...

Modeling hepatic fibrosis in TP53 knockout iPSC‐derived human liver organoids
This study developed iPSC‐derived human liver organoids with TP53 gene knockout to model human liver fibrosis. These organoids showed elevated myofibroblast activation, early disease markers, and advanced fibrotic hallmarks. The use of profibrotic differentiation medium further amplified the fibrotic signature seen in the organoids.

Adaptaquin selectively kills glioma stem cells while sparing differentiated brain cells. Transcriptomic and proteomic analyses show Adaptaquin disrupts iron and cholesterol homeostasis, with iron chelation amplifying cytotoxicity via cholesterol depletion, mitochondrial dysfunction, and elevated reactive oxygen species.

Difference Cesàro Double Sequence Space Defined by Double Orlicz Function
Abstract In this article, we are provide a suitable generalization of difference Cesàro double sequence spaces defined by double Orlicz functions and Study different topological properties and inclusion relationships using new kinds of double sequence spaces to generalize some known results of double Orlicz functions.

STATISTICAL CONVERGENCE OF DOUBLE SEQUENCES IN NEUTROSOPHIC 2-NORMED SPACES
In this paper, we have studied the notion of statistical convergence for double sequences in neutrosophic 2-normed spaces. Also, we have defined statistically Cauchy double sequences and statistically completeness for double sequences and investigated ...

Orbital order and spin-orbit coupling in BaVS3
The correlated 3d sulphide BaVS3 undergoes a sequence of three symmetry breaking transitions which are reflected in the temperature dependence of the magnetic susceptibility, and its anisotropy.

ERRFI1, a neural crest (NC)‐associated gene, was upregulated in melanoma and negatively correlated with the expression of melanocytic differentiation markers and the susceptibility of melanoma cells toward BRAF inhibitors (BRAFi). Knocking down ERRFI1 significantly increased the sensitivity of melanoma cells to BRAFi.

No evidence of chemical anomalies in the bimodal turnoff cluster NGC 1806 in the LMC
We have studied the chemical composition of NGC 1806, a massive, intermediate-age globular cluster that shows a double main sequence turnoff. We analyzed a sample of high-resolution spectra (secured with FLAMES at the Very Large Telescope) for 8 giant ...
