Lacunary Statistical Convergence for Double Sequences on $\mathscr{L}-$ Fuzzy Normed Space

open access: yesJournal of Mathematical Sciences and Modelling, 2023
On $\mathscr{L}-$ fuzzy normed spaces, which is the generalization of fuzzy spaces, the notion of lacunary statistical convergence for double sequences which is a generalization of statistical convergence, are studied and developed in this paper.

Sticker systems over monoids [PDF]

open access: yes, 2012
Molecular computing has gained many interests among researchers since Head introduced the first theoretical model for DNA based computation using the splicing operation in 1987.

Neural-network-designed pulse sequences for robust control of singlet-triplet qubits

open access: yes, 2018
Composite pulses are essential for universal manipulation of singlet-triplet spin qubits. In the absence of noise, they are required to perform arbitrary single-qubit operations due to the special control constraint of a singlet-triplet qubits; while in ...

Spatiotemporal and quantitative analyses of phosphoinositides – fluorescent probe—and mass spectrometry‐based approaches

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Fluorescent probes allow dynamic visualization of phosphoinositides in living cells (left), whereas mass spectrometry provides high‐sensitivity, isomer‐resolved quantitation (right). Their synergistic use captures complementary aspects of lipid signaling. This review illustrates how these approaches reveal the spatiotemporal regulation and quantitative

Korovkin-Type Approximation Theorems for Statistical Gauge Integrable Functions of Two Variables

open access: yesStats
In this work, we develop and investigate statistical extensions of gauge integrability and gauge summability for double sequences of functions of two real variables, formulated within the framework of deferred weighted means.

$\mathcal{I}_2$-Uniform Convergence of Double Sequences of Functions In $2$-Normed Spaces

open access: yesCommunications in Advanced Mathematical Sciences, 2022
In this work, we discuss various types of $\mathcal{I}_2$-uniform convergence and equi-continuous for double sequences of functions. Also, we introduce the concepts of $\mathcal{I}_2$-uniform convergence, $\mathcal{I}_2^*$-uniform convergence, $\mathcal ...

Effective Hamiltonian for two interacting double-dot exchange-only qubits and their controlled-NOT operations

open access: yes, 2014
Double-dot exchange-only qubit represents a promising compromise between high speed and simple fabrication in solid-state implementations. A couple of interacting double-dot exchange-only qubits, each composed by three electrons distributed in a double ...

Phosphatidylinositol 4‐kinase as a target of pathogens—friend or foe?

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
This graphical summary illustrates the roles of phosphatidylinositol 4‐kinases (PI4Ks). PI4Ks regulate key cellular processes and can be hijacked by pathogens, such as viruses, bacteria and parasites, to support their intracellular replication. Their dual role as essential host enzymes and pathogen cofactors makes them promising drug targets.

Frames generated by double sequences in Hilbert spaces [PDF]

open access: yesMathematica Moravica, 2023
In this paper, we introduce frames generated by double sequences (d-frame) in Hilbert spaces and describe some of their properties. Furthermore, we discuss frame operators, alternate dual frames and stability for d-frames.

The newfound relationship between extrachromosomal DNAs and excised signal circles

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Extrachromosomal DNAs (ecDNAs) contribute to the progression of many human cancers. In addition, circular DNA by‐products of V(D)J recombination, excised signal circles (ESCs), have roles in cancer progression but have largely been overlooked. In this Review, we explore the roles of ecDNAs and ESCs in cancer development, and highlight why these ...
