Statistical Convergence of Double Sequences of Order

open access: yesJournal of Function Spaces and Applications, 2013
We intend to make a new approach and introduce the concepts of statistical convergence of order and strongly -Cesàro summability of order for double sequences of complex or real numbers. Also, some relations between the statistical convergence of order

Degradation mechanism of the von Willebrand factor A2 domain by nattokinase

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Nattokinase, a natto‐derived protease, exhibits potent antithrombotic effects. This study demonstrates that nattokinase directly cleaves the von Willebrand factor (vWF) A2 domain in vitro. Unlike the native regulator ADAMTS13, nattokinase degrades folded vWF independently of shear stress.

On I_2-Cauchy double sequences in fuzzy normed spaces [PDF]

open access: yes, 2019
In this paper, we investigate relationship between I_2-convergence and I_2-Cauchy double sequences in fuzzy normed spaces. After, we introduce the concepts of I*_2-Cauchy double sequences and study relationships between I_2-Cauchy and I*_2-Cauchy ...

Modulation of Homer1 EVH1 domain internal dynamics by putative autism‐associated mutations

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
The putative autism‐associated M65I and S97L variants of the EVH1 domain of the postsynaptic scaffold protein Homer1 do not exhibit substantial changes in their overall structure or partner binding. Both of them, but especially the M65I variant, show altered internal dynamics relative to the wild‐type domain on the μs‐ms timescale, indicated by the ...

Ideal Convergence Of Double Sequences [PDF]

open access: yes, 2014
This thesis consists of five chapters. The fisrst chapter is devoted to the introduction. The second chapter includes definitions of necessary consepts and some theorems. And density and statistically convergent of single sequences are given.

Some Spaces of Double Sequences Obtained through Invariant Mean and Related Concepts

open access: yesAbstract and Applied Analysis, 2013
We introduce some double sequences spaces involving the notions of invariant mean (or -mean) and -convergence for double sequences while the idea of -convergence for double sequences was introduced by Çakan et al.

An unexpected alternative viologen electron mediator site in tungsten‐containing formate dehydrogenase

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
An unexpected alternative interaction site for ethyl viologen was identified in formate dehydrogenase 1 from Methylorubrum extorquens. Combined mutagenesis, kinetic analysis, and docking revealed that aromatic residues near an iron–sulfur cluster enable flavin mononucleotide‐independent electron transfer, offering a framework for engineering improved ...

Statistical Convergence of order ? for (?, ,?) double sequences of fuzzy numbers [PDF]

open access: yes, 2020
In this study, we introduce the concepts of phi(lambda,mu)-double statistically convergence of order beta in fuzzy sequences and strongly lambda- double Cesaro summable of order beta for sequences of fuzzy numbers.

The Formal Inverse of the Period-Doubling Sequence

open access: yesCoRR, 2018
If $p$ is a prime number, consider a $p$-automatic sequence $(u_n)_{n\ge 0}$, and let $U(X) = \sum_{n\ge 0} u_n X^n \in \mathbb{F}_p[[X]]$ be its generating function. Assume that there exists a formal power series $V(X) = \sum_{n\ge 0} v_n X^n \in \mathbb{F}_p[[X]]$ which is the compositional inverse of $U$, i.e., $U(V(X))=X=V(U(X))$.

From mice to humans—divergent strategies for intestinal homeostasis and regeneration

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Recent advances such as organoid genome editing, xenotransplantation, imaging, and whole‐genome sequencing have enabled direct studies of human intestinal stem cells (ISCs). These studies reveal species‐specific features, including slower ISC proliferation, distinct injury responses, slower somatic mutation accumulation in humans, and an inverse ...
