Effect of Eight Weeks of Interval Training Combined with Curcumin Consumption on Cardiac ERK1/2, PI3k and IL-18 Levels in Rats with Breast Cancer Treated with Doxorubicin [PDF]
Introduction: Doxorubicin increases oxidative stress and cardiac damage. ERK1/2, PI3k, and IL-18 seem to play an important role in increasing cardiac damage.

The illustration showcases resonant optical microsensors for Doxorubicin (DXR) detection, using polystyrene sulfonate (PSS) as a synthetic receptor. PSS is deposited as a nanometer‐thick layer on fluorescent microparticles via layer‐by‐layer assembly. DXR‐PSS interaction is depicted, highlighting its effect on the sensor's resonant modes.

This review covers the mechanical forces experienced by immune cells through cell–cell and cell–extracellular matrix interactions and how these forces influence their receptors and functions. These relationships between forces and cellular functions can be exploited using engineering techniques to modify the physical properties of materials for novel ...
