Association of HLA-DRA expression with prognosis and tumor microenvironment in clear cell renal cell carcinoma

open access: yesScientific Reports
Recombinant human leukocyte antigen class II histocompatibility antigen (HLA-DRA) has been implicated in the development of various cancers, but its specific role in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) remains unclear.Tissue samples and ...

Lupus Panniculitis Immunoprofiling Reveals a Cytotoxic, Type 1‐Skewed T‐Cell Response With Signs of Metabolic Alteration

open access: yesAllergy, EarlyView.
Imaging mass cytometry shows lupus panniculitis lesions are dominated by cytotoxic and skin‐homing T cells with abundant macrophages and B‐cell aggregates. Spatial neighborhood analysis reveals organized leukocyte architecture, including B‐cell proximity to naïve T cells and M1 macrophages to cytotoxic T cells.

Metabolic heterogeneity‐based radiomic model predicts treatment outcomes of primary mediastinal B‐cell lymphoma patients in the IELSG37 study

open access: yesBritish Journal of Haematology, EarlyView.
Summary Early identification of patients at risk of failing first‐line therapy remains a key challenge in primary mediastinal B‐cell lymphoma (PMBCL). This study assessed whether positron emission tomography (PET) radiomics could predict treatment outcomes in PMBCL.

Stage-Dependent Transcriptional Reprogramming of B-Cell Receptor Signaling and Antigen Presentation During Bovine Leukemia Virus-Driven Lymphomagenesis. [PDF]

open access: yesAnim Genet
ABSTRACT Bovine leukemia virus (BLV), an oncogenic deltaretrovirus, establishes lifelong infection in cattle and induces enzootic bovine leukosis in a subset of animals following prolonged latency. Despite extensive evidence of immune dysregulation, stage‐specific transcriptional reprogramming of B cells, the primary viral reservoir remains ...

Neutrophil‐Macrophage Interactions Shape Inflammatory Macrophage Remodeling in Gastric Cancer During Chemo‐Immunotherapy

open access: yesCancer Science, EarlyView.
PD‐1 blockade combined with chemotherapy induces MHC‐II+ inflammatory neutrophils in gastric cancer, which engage in dynamic crosstalk with macrophages to remodel the tumor microenvironment toward a pro‐inflammatory state, thereby amplifying antitumor immune responses.
