Architectural Techniques to Enhance DRAM Scaling

open access: yes, 2018
For decades, main memory has enjoyed the continuous scaling of its physical substrate: DRAM (Dynamic Random Access Memory). But now, DRAM scaling has reached a threshold where DRAM cells cannot be made smaller without jeopardizing their robustness.

Evolution of Materials and Device Stacks for HfO2‐Based Ferroelectric Memories

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, Volume 13, Issue 11, 9 June 2026.
This review summarizes engineering strategies for HfO2 based ferroelectric memories with focus on FeCAP and FeFET structures. It describes how dopant design, stress effects, and interface engineering improve the bulk ferroelectric response. It further discusses how channel engineering supports reliable memory characteristics and scalable integration ...

台灣DRAM產業再造策略之一研究

open access: yes, 2011
碩士DRAM(dynamic random access memory,動態隨機存取記憶體)產業在2008年的金融風暴中受到嚴重的打擊,雖然此次風暴除了德國奇夢達(Qimonda AG i.In.)

Self-Timed DRAM Data Interface

open access: yes, 2013
A DRAM communicates with a processing unit via two interfaces: a data interface and a command interface. In today\u27s DRAMs, also known as synchronous DRAMs (SDRAMs), both interfaces use a clock to communicate with the processing unit.

High Mobility (>200 cm2 V−1 s−1) Transparent Top Gate IGZO TFTs with Oxidized Metal Gate Insulator for Enhanced Conductivity

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, Volume 12, Issue 11, 8 June 2026.
We demonstrate a top gate Nb capping TFT architecture that induces controlled oxygen out‐diffusion from the IGZO channel. This mechanism generates shallow donor states and enhances electron delocalization, enabling extended percolation pathways. The resulting thin‐film transistors exhibit high mobility, suppressed leakage currents, and strong optical ...

Diastasis of the rectus abdominis muscle prevalence in postpartum

open access: yesFisioterapia em Movimento
Introduction: Diastasis of the rectus abdominis muscle (DRAM) is characterized by the separation of the rectus abdominis muscles beams, caused by enlargement of the linea alba, a common condition during pregnancy.

Hydrogen‐State‐Engineered Oxide Semiconductor Channels Enabling Reliable 2T0C DRAM Operation

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, Volume 12, Issue 11, 8 June 2026.
We introduce a three‐step hydrogen annealing method for oxide semiconductor devices that modulates hydrogen incorporation and its passivation behavior. Consequently, interface traps are suppressed, whereas the mobility, reliability, and data retention of the IGO‐based 2T0C DRAM are simultaneously improved.

p53-Dependent PUMA to DRAM antagonistic interplay as a key molecular switch in cell-fate decision in normal/high glucose conditions

open access: yesJournal of Experimental & Clinical Cancer Research, 2017
Background As an important cellular stress sensor phosphoprotein p53 can trigger cell cycle arrest and apoptosis and regulate autophagy. The p53 activity mainly depends on its transactivating function, however, how p53 can select one or another ...
