Mutant NPM1 in Acute Myeloid Leukemia Initiation and Maintenance
Aging and Cancer, EarlyView.NPM1 mutations drive acute myeloid leukemia by acting as neomorphic transcriptional regulators that cooperate with Menin–MLL and XPO1 to sustain HOX/MEIS1 expression and block differentiation. Targeting these mutant‐specific transcriptional dependencies provides a rational therapeutic strategy for NPM1‐mutated AML.

Folia Pharmacologica Japonica, 2010 近年，ヒト肝臓において非常に多くのトランスポーターが同定・機能解析されるにつれて，トランスポーターの遺伝子多型や薬物間相互作用による機能変動が薬物動態に与える影響を明らかにするための臨床研究も続々と報告されてきている．それに伴い，異物解毒システムの中でのトランスポーターの重要性が広く認知されてきた．代謝によって消失すると考えられてきた薬物の中にも肝取り込みトランスポーターの基質が含まれていることが明らかとなり，取り込みトランスポーターの機能変動が薬物動態の変化につながる事例が複数報告されてきている．本稿では，ヒト肝臓に発現する主な薬物トランスポーターを紹介すると共に，これらの遺伝子多型・薬物間相互作用が薬物動態や薬効・副作用に与える影響について概説することを目指した．
