Drying Kinetics and Modelling of Convective Drying of Kedondong Fruit
Kedondong is an underutilized fruit cultivated in a small scale in Malaysia and it contains nutrients that can be preserved through drying. The dried product can be sold as a premium fruit snack that could generate revenue for the producer. We studied the drying of peeled and unpeeled kedondong fruits using hot air (60-80°C).

CT10 regulator of kinase (CRK) and CRK‐Like (CRKL) are signaling adaptors driving cell adhesion, motility, differentiation, and proliferation. SH2‐domain containing (SH) proteins are enriched in YXXP motifs which when phosphorylated create preferred binding sites for CRK family SH2 domains.

Identification of the plant mitochondrial OrfX protein: A mass spectrometry approach
The mitochondrial genome of plants contains an open reading frame, orfx, which encodes a rare protein that has so far escaped mass spectrometric detection. The protein resembles the c‐subunit of bacterial twin‐arginine‐motif‐dependent protein translocases (TatC).

Modelling of Convective Carrot Drying
Drying of carrots was investigated in a laboratory dryer with an electric heater and in a dryer with infrared irradiation. Before drying, samples were blanched in a 1 % aqueous solution of ascorbic acid and 0.5 % aqueous solution of sodium chloride.

An epithelial GPR35 isoform supports tumor‐associated transcriptional and metabolic phenotypes
GPR35 generates two functionally distinct isoforms with previously unresolved roles. GPR35‐short mediates immune‐cell chemotaxis, while GPR35‐long is enriched in colorectal cancer epithelium, where it supports increased metabolism, proliferation, and tumor‐associated transcriptional programs.

Détermination de la vitesse de séchage du Curcuma par analogie au modèle de sorption de Bradley
In Madagascar, the drying of Curcuma consists of exposing them directly to the Sun. This is not always productive. This work aims to provide information on the drying of turmeric by determining the drying curve in order to consider industrial drying.

A MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF PAPER DRYING
The mathematical model of wood drying based on a detailed transport phenomena considering both heat and moisture transfer have been offered in the article [5]. We apply this model to quickly moving paper sheet. The range of the moisture content correspond to the period of drying and only vapor movement in the web is possible.

The role of miR‐335‐5p in the redifferentiation of BRAF p.V600E thyroid cancers
The BRAF p.V600E mutation promotes thyroid cancer dedifferentiation and radioiodine resistance. Using a network approach, we identified miR‐335‐5p as a key regulator of BRAF‐mutated thyroid tumors. Restoring miR‐335‐5p increased thyroid‐specific gene expression and iodine uptake in cells and organoids.
