Small, EarlyView.Highly aligned mixed‐dimensional vdW heterostructures are achieved through vdW epitaxy of 1D Sb2X3 (X = S, Se) nanowires on low‐symmetry 2D substrates (e.g. ReX2). Reduced substrate symmetry enables aligned nanowire growth and well‐defined vdW interfaces. Atomic‐scale characterization reveals specific epitaxial relationships and stacking‐fault defects.
