DTPA-coupled proteins—procedures and precautions
International Journal of Radiation Applications and Instrumentation. Part B. Nuclear Medicine and Biology, 1987While demonstrating that the cyclic anhydride of diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid (DTPA) may be used to covalently attach this chelator to proteins, it was necessary to develop several new procedures and techniques. We were able to show that coupled proteins may be labeled with indium-111 (111In) simply by transcomplexation from a weaker complex such

Magnetic resonance epidurography with gadolinium-DTPA
European Radiology, 1998The aim of this study was to evaluate and describe MRI epidurography as a new imaging tool. Five volunteers and one patient were investigated with MR epidurography after injection of 20 ml Gd-DPTA solution (1:250/1 ml Gd-DPTA/250 ml normal saline). Magnetic resonance epidurography is possible.
