Loss of AMBRA1 activates MAPK and angiogenesis signaling pathways in melanoma cells
Loss of AMBRA1 in melanoma cells activates multiple oncogenic pathways associated with tumor progression. Transcriptomic and protein network analyses revealed that AMBRA1 depletion enhances MAPK/ERK signaling, angiogenesis, TGF‐β/EMT signaling, and Wnt/axon guidance pathways.

Aging Is a Key Driver for Adult Acute Myeloid Leukemia
Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is a classical age‐related hematologic malignancy, and a key driver of AML is aging, which profoundly regulates intrinsic factors such as genomic instability, epigenetic reprogramming, and metabolic dysregulation, and alters bone marrow microenvironment.

Damage in dual phase steels [PDF]
In this research, the effect of microstructural features on damage behavior isstudied with a special emphasis on evolution of plastic deformation heterogeneity in microscale. This is carried out by performing experimental and numerical work on a ferritic-martensitic DP600 steel sheet from the AHSS family. The experimental investigations are focused on ...

Friction drilling of dual phase steels

Vacuum carburizing of a dual phase steel.
A dual phase steel has been developed for which grain refining treatment subsequent to vacuum carburizing treatment at high temperature above 1000°C is not necessary. This 2wt% Si steel, which contains 0.3 wt% V and 0.04 wt% Nb, has a fine structure in both the core and case, sufficient surface hardness and excellent mechanical properties equivalent to
