Pre‐analytical handling critically determines liquid biopsy performance. This study defines practical best‐practice conditions for cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and extracellular vesicle–derived DNA (evDNA), showing how processing time, storage conditions, tube type, and plasma input volume affect DNA integrity and mutation detection.

Amorphous/crystalline dual-phase metallic materials received great attention owing to their synergistic combination of strength and ductility. However, the mechanisms governing creep deformation in these dual-phase materials are largely elusive.

Phase Transitions in Warped AdS$_3$ Gravity
We consider asymptotically Warped AdS$_3$ black holes in Topologically Massive Gravity. We study their thermodynamic stability and show the existence of a Hawking-Page phase transition between the black hole and thermal background phases. At zero angular

Glioma cells mainly express the endothelin receptor EDNRB, while EDNRA is restricted to a perivascular tumor subpopulation. Endothelin signaling reduces glioma cell proliferation while promoting migration and a proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition associated with poor prognosis. This pathway activates Ca2+, K+, ERK, and STAT3 signalings and is regulated

A disorder parameter for dual superconductivity in gauge theories
Dual superconductivity in the confining phase of gauge theories is discussed in terms of a disorder parameter which vanishes in normal phase and is different from zero in the superconducting phase.Comment: 3 pages, 4 postscript figures, espcrc2, epsfig ...

Holographic Duals of Symmetry Broken Phases
AbstractA novel interpretation of Symmetry Topological Field Theories (SymTFTs) as theories of gravity is explored by proposing a holographic duality where the bulk SymTFT (with the gauging of a suitable Lagrangian algebra) is dual to the universal effective field theory (EFT) that describes spontaneous symmetry breaking on the boundary.

Interrogating the immune landscape of microsatellite stable RAS‐mutated colon cancer
COLOSSUS project RAS‐mutated MSS colon cancer study explored transcriptomics and immune cell density by immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoscore (IS), ISIC/TuLIS scores, mutation counts, and detected different prevalences but similar microenvironment composition across immune markers with clinical relevance for future immunotherapy combination ...

Dual-Band Tunable Recursive Active Filter
This letter presents a novel recursive active filter topology that provides dual-band performance, with independent tuning capability in both bands. The dual-band operation is achieved by using two independent feedback lines.

Cytarabine is a key therapy for acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), but its efficacy is limited by the dNTPase SAMHD1, which hydrolyses its active metabolite. Screening nucleotide biosynthesis inhibitors revealed that IMPDH inhibitors selectively sensitise SAMHD1‐proficient AML cells to cytarabine.

Refractory high-entropy alloys (RHEAs) typically exhibit a body-centered cubic (BCC) structure with excellent strength but poor ductility, which limits their practical applications.
