Anatomy and function of the vertebral column lymphatic network in mice
Cranial lymphatic vessels (LVs) are involved in the transport of fluids, macromolecules and central nervous system (CNS) immune responses. Little information about spinal LVs is available, because these delicate structures are embedded within vertebral ...

Cross‐Scale Hierarchical Targeted Delivery System Based on Small‐Scale Magnetic Robots
This article reviews a cross‐scale hierarchical targeted delivery system that integrates magnetic continuum robots and magnetic microrobots. By combining rapid long‐range navigation with precise microscale targeting, the system overcomes key limitations of single‐scale approaches.

Real-time Simultaneous Near-Infrared Fluorescence Imaging of Bile Duct and Arterial Anatomy
Background We hypothesized that two independent wavelengths of near-infrared (NIR) fluorescent light could be used to identify bile ducts and hepatic arteries simultaneously, and intraoperatively. Materials and Methods Three different combinations of 700

Technique for Difficult Wharton's Duct Cannulation
The comparative ease of cannulating Stensen's duct is contrasted by the acknowledged difficulty in cannulating Wharton's duct. Although access to Wharton's duct can be facilitated with a floor‐of‐mouth incision, it is desirable to avoid this open ...

A Whole‐Head Finite Element Model for Electrical Neuromodulation via Visual Brain‐Machine Interfaces
A multimodal, personalized head model is presented that integrates the entire visual pathway with surrounding tissues to simulate electrical stimulation of the optic nerve. In vivo validation in humans and goats, plus systematic component‐elimination analysis, demonstrates the high accuracy of the comprehensive model.

Nanocellulose, derived from microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) through sulfuric acid hydrolysis or mechanical grinding to produce CNC or CNF, was tested in a rat ICP model. Particularly, CNF improved gut microbiota composition, reduced secondary bile acid metabolism, and restored bile acid homeostasis through modulation of the gut–liver axis.

This study identifies palmitoylation as a novel regulatory modification of SMAD4, mediated by ZDHHC22/APT2. It activates fatty acid synthesis, creating a self‐reinforcing SMAD4–FASN–palmitate feedback loop that drives pancreatic cancer growth and enhances radiotherapy sensitivity.
