This study reveals a novel mechanism of resistance to DNA hypomethylating agents (HMAs) in acute myeloid leukemia (AML), and identifies all‐trans retinoic acid (ATRA) and tamibarotene (TAM) as potent agents that overcome HMA resistance by reactivating the interferon anticancer immune response. The findings offer promising therapeutic strategies for HMA‐

ABSTRACT Nodal follicular helper T‐cell (T FH) lymphoma of the angioimmunoblastic (AITL) subtype has a dismal prognosis. Using whole‐exome sequencing (n = 124), transcriptomic (n = 78), and methylation (n = 40) analysis, we identified recurrent mutations in known epigenetic drivers (TET2, DNMT3A, IDH2 R172 ) and novel ones (TET3, KMT2D).

The regulation and function of CD20: an “enigma” of B-cell biology and targeted therapy
The introduction of anti-CD20 monoclonal antibodies such as rituximab, ofatumumab, or obinutuzumab improved the therapy of B-cell malignancies even though the precise physiological role and regulation of CD20 remains unclear. Furthermore, CD20 expression

Metabolic reprogramming of T cells to optimize adoptive T cell therapy [PDF]
The clinical efficacy of adoptive T cell therapies including CAR T therapy are limited by poor in vivo persistence and moderate anti-tumor efficacy. According to the literature, metabolism plays a critical role in the phenotypic state and fate of T cells

Abstract Central nervous system (CNS) involvement in peripheral T‐cell lymphoma (PTCL) is rare and is associated with poor prognosis. This report presents two pathologically confirmed PTCL cases. Although cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) flow cytometry did not detect tumor cells, CSF analysis revealed significantly elevated interleukin (IL)‐10 levels and an ...

ABSTRACT Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a complex and multifactorial neurodegenerative disorder, recognized as the most prevalent form of dementia. It is characterized by multiple pathological processes, including amyloid‐beta accumulation, neurofibrillary tangles, and neuroinflammation. The therapeutic efficacy of traditional single‐target drugs has been
