Compared with hormone or escitalopram alone, a combined therapy of Femoston with escitalopram may be more effective in the treatment of perimenopausal chronic insomnia. Serum levels of 5‐HT, E2, FSH, and LH may serve as objective indicators to assess the disease severity in perimenopausal women.

To address the challenges of unclear mechanisms and poor therapeutic efficacy in endometriosis (EMs), this study develops a microfluidic chip platform integrated with primary cell‐laden microcapsules.
