Study on the High-Speed and Close of the UVA Cooperative Formation Controller Design [PDF]

open access: yesXibei Gongye Daxue Xuebao, 2018
Aiming at the high-speed flight of the UAVs cooperative formation, when a single UAV has occurred, need to exit the formation flight and be close or super close to form of the formation quickly. A fast close cooperative formation controller design method

Structural instability impairs function of the UDP‐xylose synthase 1 Ile181Asn variant associated with short‐stature genetic syndrome in humans

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
The Ile181Asn variant of human UDP‐xylose synthase (hUXS1), associated with a short‐stature genetic syndrome, has previously been reported as inactive. Our findings demonstrate that Ile181Asn‐hUXS1 retains catalytic activity similar to the wild‐type but exhibits reduced stability, a looser oligomeric state, and an increased tendency to precipitate ...

Dynamic Characteristics of the Chain Drive System under Multiple Working Conditions

open access: yesMachines, 2023
The chain drive system, being one of the core subsystems of the scraper conveyor, greatly influences the coal-conveying efficiency due to its dynamic characteristics.

The (Glg)ABCs of cyanobacteria: modelling of glycogen synthesis and functional divergence of glycogen synthases in Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

Topology of a Bidirectional Converter for Energy Interaction between Electric Vehicles and the Grid

open access: yesEnergies, 2014
In vehicle-to-grid (V2G) systems, electric vehicles interact with the grid as distributed energy storage systems that offer many potential benefits. As an energy interface between a vehicle and the grid, the bidirectional converter plays a crucial role ...

Organ‐specific redox imbalances in spinal muscular atrophy mice are partially rescued by SMN antisense oligonucleotides

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
We identified a systemic, progressive loss of protein S‐glutathionylation—detected by nonreducing western blotting—alongside dysregulation of glutathione‐cycle enzymes in both neuronal and peripheral tissues of Taiwanese SMA mice. These alterations were partially rescued by SMN antisense oligonucleotide therapy, revealing persistent redox imbalance as ...

Transformation of Characteristic Function in Dynamic Games

open access: yes, 2013
The problem of transformation of characteristic function, using a transformation matrix and connected with associated consistency of a solution concept, was investigated for the class of so-called “one-shot” games. The same problem also arises in dynamic

Study on dynamic characteristic of closed-cell aluminum foam [PDF]

open access: yes, 2019
Closed-cell aluminum foam has been widely used in aerospace, rail transit and mechanical for its outstanding performance. But for a long time, the research on its vibration damping performance is only limited to the material damping test, there are ...

Calpain small subunit homodimerization is robust and calcium‐independent

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Calpains dimerize via penta‐EF‐hand (PEF) domains. Using single‐molecule force spectroscopy, we measured the strength and kinetics of PEF–PEF homodimer binding. The interaction is robust, shows a transient conformational step before dissociation, and remains largely insensitive to Ca2+.
