Identification of dynamic characteristics of flexible rotors as dynamic inverse problem [PDF]

open access: yes
The problem of dynamic and balancing of flexible rotors were considered, which were set and solved as the problem of the identification of flexible rotor systems, which is the same as the inverse problem of the oscillation theory dealing with the task of

Hyperosmotic stress induces PARP1‐mediated HPF1‐dependent mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Sorbitol‐induced hyperosmotic stress rapidly induces reversible mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation (MARylation) on PARP1 without the signs of genotoxic signaling. We show that PARP1 autoMARylation is HPF1 dependent and forms hydroxylamine‐resistant O‐glycosidic linkages.

Vibration tests on fragments of monolithic building until destruction [PDF]

open access: yesИнженерно-строительный журнал, 2012
The full-scale vibration testing of buildings plays an important role in the development of monolithic construction. This article describes the methodology and results of tests carried out in Chisinau. For full-scale tests two six-floor fragments of ...

Linking neurogenesis, oligodendrogenesis, and myelination defects to neurodevelopmental disruption in primary mitochondrial disorders

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Mitochondrial remodeling shapes neural and glial lineage progression by matching metabolic supply with demand. Elevated OXPHOS supports differentiation and myelin formation, while myelin compaction lowers mitochondrial dependence, revealing mitochondria as key drivers of developmental energy adaptation.

An isoform of 14‐3‐3 protein regulates transbilayer lipid movement at the plasma membrane

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Loss of 14‐3‐3ζ in CHO cells confers resistance to exogenous phosphatidylserine (PS) and impairs endocytosis‐independent inward flip‐flop of fluorescent PS at the plasma membrane. RNAi‐mediated knockdown reproduces this defect, while no additive effect is seen in ATP11C‐deficient cells.

AMESim-based Study on Dynamic Behavior of Gripping Force of Coiled Tubing Injector Head

open access: yesShiyou jixie, 2018
Many problems occur in the coiled tubing operation in oil and gas wells, including coiled tubing slipping, slippage and tubing bite, which seriously threaten the safety of the operation and the life of the coiled tubing.

Static and dynamic characteristics of a piezoceramic strut [PDF]

open access: yes
The experimental study of a piezoceramic active truss is presented. This active strut is unique in that the piezoceramic configurations allow the stroke length of the strut not to be dependent on the piezoceramic material's expansion range but on the ...

Analysis of dynamic system optimum and externalities with departure time choice [PDF]

open access: yes, 2006
This paper aims to analyse the dynamic system optimal assignment with departure time choice, which is an important, yet underdeveloped area. The main contribution of this paper is the necessary conditions and the sensitivity analysis for dynamic system

Organizing the interface—Plasma membrane architecture and receptor dynamics in virus‐cell interactions

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Plasma membranes contain dynamic nanoscale domains that organize lipids and receptors. Because viruses operate at similar scales, this architecture shapes early infection steps, including attachment, receptor engagement, and entry. Using influenza A virus and HIV‐1 as examples, we highlight how receptor nanoclusters, multivalent glycan interactions ...

Coordinated Control Strategy for Multi Micro Energy Systems Within Distribution Grid Considering Dynamic Characteristics and Contradictory Interests

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2019
As a typical form of integrated energy system, micro energy system (MES) is promoted and popularized at the terminal of distribution grid. To achieve the efficient and reliable energy utilization of MES, two main problems need to be solved: how to ...
